Bahrain Family Leisure : Gulf Hotels Group seeks majority stake in BFL

Manama: Gulf Hotels Group (GHG), a Bahrain-based owner and operator of hotels, has made an offer to the board of Bahrain Family Leisure Company (BFLC) to increase its shareholding in the latter to 51 per cent. GHG currently owns 25.25pc of shares in BFLC.
