Adding a "Submit" button to Preview panes
 

Hi,

I'd like to know how I can add a "Submit post (thread, whatever)" button to the bottom of the Preview pane for replies, new threads, etc. We have a lot of "non-computer-savvy" users who would benefit by having the "Submit" button be more obviously placed. I'd also like to add the text "You have to click the "Submit" button before your post will show up in the forum" or something to that effect to either the top or bottom of both the Editing pane and/or the Preview pane.
