Completely new website
 

ok my website has been growing massively and we need to do massive revisions such as installing several mods redoing a theme setting up settings and permissions stuff like that.

i wanna install the newer version of vbulletin in a different folder on my server so i can build it up and get it to where i would like it. is there anyway that i will be able to set that up and then only move over user info, posts, and forums? please get backt o me asap thank you.
