Saudi Arabia, along with the other Gulf Cooperation Council countries (UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar), have not signed the UN convention on refugees. The wealthy Arab state has also vowed to build 200 mosques for Syrian refugees who entered Germany.
