Language Pack messed up everything
 

I installed a language pack that has overwritten alot of things on my forums without it even being selected as a language to use in my user profile. How can I revert this back to the original settings? I uninstalled the language pack I installed. But, many of the admin control words are still in that language. Please help me find a solution for this.
