Backup Database
 

I use GoDaddy for my hosting and I click on my database and then click the "backup" button which I believe backs up my database? Is there a way to save this file to my computer? If my website were to be hacked and I had to restore my forum from these database backups what data would I lose? Is there a better way to backup my forum than how I am currently doing it?
