New User Registration Start Page
 

Im including a screenshot to make this simple to understand.

I want to alter the text within this Registration cell to make things absolutely clear to visitors exactly what they must do to participate.

Since any visitor who tries to post or do anything that requires registration gets this screen it should be crystal clear how to procede....
I dont think it is currently...especially for folks not as familiar with forums
or not as savvy technically.

At both top and bottom should state:

"Visitors & Guests can browse our Forums, however free registration is required to post and participate.

....or something similar

How to change or add to this text?
