Cut the Title of Category with more than 12 characters in Greek
 

I have this problem.

In the title of category, when I write Greek, cut the proposal in the
12-13 characters, while when they are English all good.

I made this changes and nothing.

"Zachery Woods" said that I should go in sql database, in order to correct it, but I do not know what precisely to fix.


Also while I have made the regulations (pfoto 2) in order to shows me subclasses in forum, it presents nothing.
I want it appears as in the photo 3.



I'm new, so be specific about what i have to do.

Please help me.
