Add content to closed forum?
 

Is there some way for registered users to add content to an otherwise closed forum?

I'm trying to configure and add some content, transfer some content and let some registered users (from previous) add some threads, so it doesn't look so bare for our "grand opening."

Long story, but we already have regular hits and I don't want to open with a bare bones site.
