pws163: bug with recaptcha
 

concerns two files:
=> javascript/captcha/recaptcha/default.php (line#11)
and
=> javascript/captcha/recaptcha/verify.php (line#11 also)

Note: (file refs with require_once and file_exists work different)

Code:
if(file_exists('recaptcha_settings.php')) {
// will not work, but:
if(file_exists('./javascript/captcha/recaptcha/recaptcha_settings.php')) {
require_once can remain as is.
