Bahrain Mirror: The Saudi Asharq Al-Awsat Newspaper said that the Gulf-Iranian dialogue which Tehran announced will be launched on September 22 is “a Qatari idea that was warmly welcomed by Iran and the Sultanate of Oman, while 3 Gulf States expressed reservations about it.”
