my server got high load causing vb forum
 

Hi All
I have forum and the daily online users and visitors reach about 550
since 2 days ago i got very high load on my server , so i asked the host company and they told me this load is causing the forum .
so when i close my forum for about 10 min and open it again every thing going good but after about 4 hours i got the same problem .
i asked to upgrade my server but they told me lt's vb support check if i have problem in my form itself .
