Bahrain Mirror (Exclusive): Members of the US Senate and Congress are working on introducing legislations in order to link military aid to Bahrain to a certification presented by the US State Department that Bahrain has fully implemented all of the recommendations by the Bahrain Independent Commission of Inquiry (BICI) to strengthen human rights in the country.
