Okay, I got this.

I bought hosting, from fatcow.com
I bought a domain from godaddy.com
I bought the owned license of vbulletin for $180.

Now, my site is up right now, but not with vbulletin forums on it.

Gfxptx.com is it, but my forum isn't up, how do I get my forum up on it.
