User contributed notes function
 

Hi guys

I already have Vbulletin on my site.

I am after something more which may already be in vbulletin - i don't know.

Basically, I like the idea of creating an online manual where users can add notes

eg.
1. vbulletin site: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/upgrade
2. php net manual: http://uk.php.net/manual/en/tutorial.firstpage.php

Is such a package available? Cos I'm interested.
