Installed successfully but the forums do NOT load
 

Hello,

I went through the installation of vBulletin and it installed successfully.

Now, when I go to load up the forums the page cannot be displayed.

When the install was complete and it told me to delete the "install.php" file (which I did), I clicked on "next" to bring me to the admin control panel and that did not load.

Any suggestions????
