Header or logo a link to a different page
 

I did a couple of searches and didnt find much on this.. I have a banner with a jpeg (imange) I created in photoshop that I want to act as a button or link to a page that describes the contest I am advertising with this link. This way if it looks interesting they click and get a more wordy explanation of what I am trying to say.

I have the ability to make the entire banner a link if I have to but still, not sure how. suggestions are welcomed!!!
