Global Time Dispay problem
 

I have my timezone settings correctly configured in my admin control panel but all areas that reference time on the forum are 4 hours ahead of my time zone.. I have my board set to GMT -5 US and Canada Eastern which is my zone but still the 4 ahead of times showing everywhere.

Whats going on?
