PayPay Donation button problem
 

I have been asked to put a PayPal donation link on a 1.6.0 site. The PayPal code is fairly short and when I pase it onto the bottom of the page in the web page editor and save it the PayPal graphics are there when I edit it again but not when it is viewed. A view source of the page shows only the last line of the code which is a 1px spacer graphic.

This is only a Donate button form. There is no shopping cart involved. Here is the code:

What do I need to do to make it visible on the page?
