Splitting Threads
 

So this seems like a stupid question, but how do you split threads? I thought it would just be under Thread Tools, but it's apparently not.

I read somewhere it should be under a separate heading of "Administrator Tools", but I don't know why I wouldn't have those options, as I am the administrator of the board...
