Newb question
 

This is a very simple question and i'm a little embarrased to ask, but i can't seem to find where i can "split a topic".

I am an admin of the site, so i assume i can do all functions. When i am on a thread and i click "Thread tools" i see 8 or 9 functions i can do (copy, merge, move, delete, etc.), but i do not see the "split topic" option.
