what to do about too many users
 

Hello,
Most of the registered users in my forum are spam users, which I banned. However, these large number of banned users cause on the main forum page that the number of registered users are very high, which is misleading. But when you delete banned users, those IP adresses are able to spam you again. What is the common solution to this problem?
