Need SQL Help
 

This is a backup from a forum in March, 2008. It fails to restore with the error.

Error at the line 5185: LOCK TABLES `user` WRITE;
Query: --
r table `user`
--
LOCK TABLES `user` WRITE;

MySQL: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'r table `user` -- LOCK TABLES `user` WRITE' at line 2.


I have no idea what this means, nor what manual it means.
