Changing max size of album and profile pics
 

I have searched though the admin panel many times and I cannot see how to changing the maximum size of album pictures and profile picture.

I want to make the profile picture maximum size 200 x 200 and the maximum size for pictures in albums 1024

I guess there must be an option to change these but I can't find it.
