How to set "Receive Email from Other Users" to Yes as default?
 

Is it possible to set "Receive Email from Other Users" to Yes as default for new subscribers?

I thought it was in AdminCP>vBulletin Options>User Registration Options but it's not there.

Nor is it in the Usergroup settings.

Any pointers much appreciated :)
