forum going slower than the other
 

hi, i have 2 forums both on the same servers. 1 of my forums is at lightning speed the other snail pase.
both forums are not that active.
could it be i missed a few file upgrading to 3.8.3 for the forum going slow?

both forums have the same addons, the fast forum is 3.8.2 the slow i just upgraded is 3.8.3.

the forum is going that slow that when members submit arcade scores the score will time out after 10 seconds.

as for my other forum, everything is fine and the speed is amazing, but just strange how both forums are running off the same server but yet 1 is way slow.

any ideas would be good thanks.



EDIT: host said that addthis.com could be slowing my forum down, so i removed all tracers of the addthis button, but still forum very slow. so incoming links are ruled out.
