Resizing images problem
 

Alright I have used every single thing I can think of + I have searched the google for hours and yet I STILL CANNOT resize images. Can someone help? also I figured out how to do it in sigs but I want to be able to do it in posts... http://gfxabyss.com/vb/showthread.php?t=250 (that is what im trying to resize)
