"Last post by" not in sync with thread
 

Have strange problem that is happening. When I go to a forum, I see the threads, and on a recent thread I will see the in the "Last Post" column a member's username. If I go to the actual last post in the thread, I will often see that the last post is actually by a different member.

I can go back and double check, but the the two aren't in sync.

I'm sure this example won't stay relevant for long, but in case someone check right after I post this:

If you go to this thread, right now you'll see a thread titled "This Weeks Top 10 ehMac Hot Topics" and it lists that last post by a used called "EvanPitts" Today at 03:18 PM. However, when you actually go to the last post in that thread, I see that its by ehMax Today, at 03:49 PM.

This is happening with lots of threads and seems to be a fairly new occurrence but I haven't made any changes to site recently.

Any ideas?
