comment bloc not visible
 

Hello,

Before upgrading my website (0.10.2) I am testing the posibilities of 1.6.3 for my site.
I have installed 1.6.3 without errors, but no matter what I tried, the comments bloc is not visible om the webpages.
Can somebody tell me what I have missed ?
