Users Keep Getting Banned
 

Hello,

I have a fairly fresh install of vbulletin and for some reason users are getting frequently banned. When we look up the Banned By, it says that the banned user is themselves which makes it seem like flood or spam protection is getting triggered. I believe we've disabled them all but there may be something that we're missing. There is also no reason under the Ban Reason column.
