Admin CP Auto-generated email/pm's - Admin CP one-place control
 

I view this as fundamental and critical, as nothing is more important than how my forum communicates with the members.

vB auto-generates some email to users. As it is, I don't even know all the email vB sends, since it doesn't send it to me as an admin. If I find a screen informing me that an email can be or is being sent, there is no link or even identification to the phrase I can edit for it. Examples are
Admin CP > Moderation > Moderate Users
has radio options to send email to users accepted or deleted
Admin CP > Scheduled Tasks > Subscriptions
note that reminder emails are sent
New member registration ... email to parents of COPPA users ... no link to it (but I probably found the phrase)

I'd like to see a new Admin CP section for User Communications, with every pre-programmed email, easily identifiable as to what it is about, for editing, scheduling and turning on/off. And, put Send Emal to Users here, as well as Send PM's to Users.

And while on the subject, it is essential to enable paid sub start/expiry dates as criteria for Send Email to Users and Send PM's to Users.

Scheduling new tasks should include auto-generation of emails & pm's, including all criteria in Send Email to Users and including paid sub start/expiry dates.

I would like to see forum communications with members as a central, featured subject in the philosophy of vB structure, with it's own dedicated section. Including auto-generated and one-off emails and PM's.

Currently it is a nightmare to find or even find out about auto-generated emails. It is not centrally discussed in the manual. And the absense of a link to paid sub dates is very difficult.
