Attachments chmod permissions
 

Does anyone know what the chmod permissions should be for .attach and .thumb in the attachments folder, mine seem to be all different and resizing them does not work for many of my attachments as they have the wrong setting. What is the command line to type to mass change all the permissions in the attachments folder.
Why when users upload attachments do they all have different permissions after uploading.
