Notices - universally visible
 

Maybe I'm just missing this :D ...

How do you set a notice to be visible to everyone?

Admin CP > Notices > Notices Manager > any notice

The dropdown Users Belongs to Usergroup does not have an option for All.

So I used dropdown User does not belong to Usergroup = Banned Users.

That works too, but wouldn't it be logical and intuitive to have All as a selection for usergroups that can view?
