Where can I find documentation?
 

In the instructions I see for new installation and I see for upgrading but where can I find instructions for someone who is switching to a new host? I think I am sitting at the point where I need to transfer information from my old database to my new database??
I don't want to keep being a pest and asking annoying questions here if I can try to help myself ;) But this place is so great with helping people anyways no one has ever made me feel like a pest for asking :D
