few questions before buying
 

1. If I get the 180 license. After a year can I still download mods from the forum and not download updates?

2. How much do mods and temps cost and where can I get them? Are thier any free mods and temps?

3. If I get the 3.8.x version now and 4.0 is released in lets just say end of august or when ever. Will I be able to upgrade to 4.0 since I have 12 month of software update download rights?

4. How easy is it to apply temps and mods? I tested out the demo , but never really saw where to apply mods at.
