How to make link to video content?
 

I run a community forum where I would like to make available the city council meetings which I can get on DVD. I nearly exceeded my capabilities in loading Vbulletin, so I am wondering as to how technical it might be to take this additional step. Thanks for anyone sharing what such a step would involve.
