I like Adobe Flash but only use it to create basic banners for my site, the demo of it just ran out for me and I can't justify spending $700 on the software. I can't use it to its fullest ability with what I know how to do and have other things I'd spend $700 on before it. Are there any freeware programs out there that can be used to create flash banners?
