Image verification not showing during registration
 

Hi all,

I recently upgraded vBulletin from 3.6.8 to 3.8.2 to 3.8.3. After upgrading I got a notification from a forum member that people can not register for my forums because the image verification image isn't showing up. After searching around I found this thread:

Which lead me to this problem, I looked under vBulletin options > human verification options and I got this error:

"An error occurred while processing the bitfield files, the following information was returned: Bitfield Collision: canmoderatepingbacks = candeletetagown"

I'm wondering what I can do to fix the image verification image:

Should I reinstall vb3.8.3?

Should I just locate the folder where the images are being held and re-upload the images?

Should I just reinstall "GD" or "Imagemagick"? (is that possible?)

I'm pretty new to the whole vbulletin system, so any help or push in the right direction is much appreciated!
