mod causes database issue
 

i have a mod that i have used on a forum before and it works fine ...

i tried to install on my other board and got database error as soon as i enable. i have shut off all mods ..I am wondering if vbulletin prefix would cause the issue. i noticed the vbulletin prefix was ..anyone have any ideas where to start looking ?
