Private Message Post Requirement
 

I have a problem with my board as of recently. Due to EXCESSIVE spammers joining (any tips to help prevent this would be appreciated as well) we've had to moderate new memberships. However, members that are not approved yet are able to message members with spam.

How do I set a post requirement in order to use PM features?
