Instant Email Notification by default?
 

I am trying to set up my new installation so when a forum recieves a new post that a member is involved in they get an instant email notification by default. I know they can change their notification options in their user cp but I would like it by default to be instant notification when signing up. I could have sworn I seen the place to do this but Im not seeing it now. I just recently updated to 3.8.3 and I do not suppose the option was effected?

I did a search in the 3.8 forum but did not turn up the answer I am after so any thanks to anyone with the answer or a nice point in the right direction.
