Question about optimizing/repairing tables
 

Sevenskins (who has been helping me and is amazing with his work and helping) suggested I repair / optimize my tables due to an error that was occurring. We are on different time zones so he's sleeping so I'm asking here.

Can anything 'bad' happen after repairing or optimizing? Everything is working fine right now, 99% of the time it is so I don't want to do this procedure and then I end up crashing everything some how.

I'm assuming I just check all the boxes and then click continue?
