I put my forum on moderated signup (or something like that)

now I have members waiting for entry and I do not know how to confirm their entry?

Please help, the natives are getting ready to sleigh me!!

I even did it once, but I have been to so many places, and have messed around with so many options in the last 3 days I just cant remember, cant figure it out, and the manual is no help in this instance.
