Custom User Field Show HTML
 

I want to be able to create a custom user field and then allow people to input a html code and have the result show up on their profile page, not just show the coding. So for instance I can create a custom profile field allowing users to put in a small chatbox on their profile or add a widget of their choosing.
Can anyone help me figure out how to make the html work?
