my question is !
 

I want to start a new web forum, for myself and some friends.
We have used vbulletin before on other sites that we are members of and all agree that we like the format and ease of use.

I have looked at the price of owning the vbulletin licence, and its within our limits.

my question is :

What else do we need and where do we find it ?

whats a web host? a server? do we need them?

im sure once we are up and running we will be able to work it out, but for now we desperately need guidance.

Is there anyone on here who has the patience and tolerance to help some computor numpties to get a forum going !
