منتدى استراحات زايد - How do I create and format a forum section title?

Hi all, I am trying to create a forum title for a new forum section I am adding to my site. What I did was under AdminCP, I went to forums and moderator > add new forum, and tittled the new forum "testing". I then selected no parent forum. After that I did the same process to add forums within this "testing" section and selected "testing" as the parent forum.

I want to set it up just like how the forum home page of this website is done: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/index.php

where forums are broken up into sections like:

vBulletin Announcements
...vBulletin Announcements
...Announcements Discussions
vBulletin Sales
...vBulletin pre sale questions
...vBulletin suggestions and feedback
vBulletin 3.8
...vbulletin questions suggestions trouble shooting
...vbulletin installation and upgrades

etc...

While it did make a new forum section heading/title, it didn't keep the formatting or style like my other forum section titles. the "testing" title is there but looks like a forum, instead of a forum title. Where do I go to make it formatted like the rest of my forum titles?

My templates also have coding to create spaces between the different forum sections.

Sorry, I am pretty new to the whole vBulletin system..
