Impex Cleaner "not active".
 

Hi i tried running the Impex cleaner from /impex/tools/cleaner.php and i was given this message:

"Not active"

I wasnt sure what wasnt active? I just wanted to run it to check if the forum had any bad HTML or BB code.

Any help would be great.
