How to scrub all traces of a deleted member?
 

Thanks in advance for helping a newbie

After banning and hard deleting all posts and deleting the members account, we find that the users name still lingers

Private Messages remain with the title "guest"

Reputation history remains as well.

Is there a particular sequence or extra action we should be taking to ensure we scrub it all - or are these remanant just something we're going to have to live with
