Some people cant load the site
 

I have told them to clear cookies and history and cache,
I have also had them do a DNS flush
They still can't load
where to begin with helping fix the problem?
Only about 3 people have this problem out of about 170 members... 1 person can't load from their work but yet can log in from home....

what do I tell them?
