problem - file download
 

i have vb 3.8.2

with vbseo 3.3.0

when i open url :
www.q8manar.com/vb
a msg comes to me ask me to download file and this file name is vb

but when i open my forum using this url:
www.q8manar.com/vb/index.php
it's open without any problem..

i tried to disable hooks via config.php

same thing , a download file msg comes to me

the strange thing is this problem happened in some user and also me in some computers..
